Replacement & Exchange Policy

At Adora Style, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Please review the replacement, exchange, and return guidelines below.

1. Replacement / Exchange Window

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Approved replacement or exchange orders are delivered within 7 business days

2. Eligibility for Replacement / Exchange

  • Wrong item received
  • Product is damaged or defective

Not Eligible for Replacement / Exchange

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items
  • Missing tags, packaging, or accessories
  • Clearance sale products
  • Requests after 7 days of delivery
  • Non-returnable items (mentioned on product page)
  • Damage due to customer handling

3. Replacement / Exchange Process

Follow the steps below to request a replacement or exchange:

  1. Log in to your Adora Style account
  2. Go to the Orders section
  3. Select the eligible product and click Return / Exchange
  4. Select the reason and submit the request
  5. Wait for admin approval
  6. Once approved, wait for product pickup
  7. After pickup, replacement or refund is processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, bank details will be requested via email. If a request is rejected, detailed information will be shared by email.

4. Conditions for Successful Replacement / Exchange

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • Free gifts/freebies must be returned (if applicable)
  • Exchange allowed only for size or defect
  • Subject to stock availability

If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for: 
• Another product of equal value 
• Store credit 
• Refund (as per eligibility)

5. Shipping & Charges

  • Reverse pickup charges may apply based on location and reason
  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable

6. Items Not Eligible for Replacement

  • Personal care items
  • Hygiene-sensitive products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards or digital products
