At Adora Style, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. Please review the return and refund process, conditions, and eligibility guidelines below.
How to Request a Return / Refund
Follow the steps below to submit your request:
- Log in to your Adora Style account
- Navigate to the Orders section
- Select the eligible product and click Return / Exchange
- Select the appropriate reason and submit the request
- Wait for admin approval
- Once approved, wait for the product pickup
- After successful pickup, the replacement or refund will be processed
Important Notes
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, bank details will be requested via email
- If a request is rejected, detailed information will be shared via email
Product Condition for Return
To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must meet the following conditions:
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- All accessories, manuals, and freebies must be returned
- Product must be returned in its original condition
- Return request must be raised within the eligible return window
Returns Will NOT Be Accepted If
- Product shows signs of use, wear or alteration
- Original tags, packaging, or accessories are missing or damaged
- Product is damaged due to customer handling or misuse
- Return request is raised after the allowed return period
- Item is custom-made, personalized, or hygiene-sensitive
- Incorrect or different product is returned
Note: Products failing quality inspection may be rejected. In such cases, the product will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
Processing Timeline
- Request review: 24–48 hours
- Pickup arranged after approval (subject to location)
- Refund or replacement processed after product inspection
